This fun incentive program is designed to reinforce the importance of good oral hygiene by encouraging our patients to visit their general dentist for a checkup and cleaning every six months. The Cavity Buster's coupon will also serve as a communication tool between your general dentist and Dr. Godwin since the coupon provides a section for your dentist or hygienist to send us a note regarding your oral health.
The program is simple . . . here's how it works:
- Visit your general dentist for a regular checkup and cleaning every six months and take along your Cavity Buster's Coupon.
- Have your general dentist or hygienist date and sign our Cavity Buster's Coupon. Click here to print the coupon.
- Return the coupon to our office to redeem 5 wooden tokens. These tokens, along with others you earn as part of our Teamwork, Tokens & Treasures Program, can be redeemed for great prizes.
